Jacy earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McKendree

patterns, build coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and identify practical steps toward

change. Jacy values meeting clients where they are while also helping them move toward greater

insight, confidence, and healthier ways of managing life’s challenges.

Treatment Methods

Jacy uses an integrative and eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered values

and tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. Depending on the client’s age, concerns, and goals,

she may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, play

therapy techniques, mindfulness-based approaches, strengths-based work, solution-focused

strategies, and other supportive interventions.

Her goal is not to apply one rigid method to every client, but to use thoughtful, individualized

treatment planning that supports growth, emotional regulation, practical coping, and meaningful

change.
