Clinicians who may be a strong fit include those who are reliable, ethical, clinically competent, documentation-conscious, and comfortable working in a structured professional environment. Experience with children, adolescents, families, couples, ADHD, Autism, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, psychological testing referrals, or court-involved family concerns may be especially relevant.

Office Assistant / Front Desk Opportunities
Dr. Jackie Jiang & Associates, LLC periodically accepts applications for Office Assistant / Front Desk positions in our Moline and Davenport offices. This role may include client communication, phone calls, scheduling, intake paperwork, payment collection, insurance-related tasks, office organization, document handling, and administrative support for clinicians. This is a structured role that requires accuracy, confidentiality, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to follow established office procedures. Prior medical office, mental health office, scheduling, insurance, billing, or customer service experience is helpful. However, dependability, attention to detail, sound judgment, and willingness to learn are essential.
Testing Technician / Clinical Support Pathway
Our practice may also consider candidates for future testing technician or hybrid office assistant/testing technician roles. These roles require strong attention to detail, professional boundaries, careful instruction-following, comfort working with psychological testing procedures, and the ability to support clinical workflows accurately. Candidates with education or experience in psychology, human services, education, healthcare, social work, counseling, or related fields may be a good fit for future consideration. Testing technician positions require strong reliability and the ability to learn structured procedures carefully.
