A woman with long hair smiling outdoors in natural sunlight.

Heather Hogbin is a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. She provides individual therapy for clients age 12 and older and works with a broad range of emotional, behavioral, relational, and life-adjustment concerns. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, strong ethical boundaries, patience, and practical support, helping clients work through challenges in a thoughtful and productive way.

Heather has experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, anger and frustration tolerance, self-esteem concerns, substance abuse and addictions, domestic violence, and life changes or transitions. She is a generalist therapist who works across a wide range of diagnoses and presenting concerns, allowing her to tailor treatment to the needs of the individual rather than forcing clients into a narrow specialty model.

Heather holds a Master of Social Work from St. Ambrose University. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients and has built a reputation for being direct, steady, and clinically grounded. She works effectively with many different types of clients while maintaining clear ethical boundaries and a strong focus on treatment goals.
