Our office will do our best to provide the most accurate cost breakdown/estimate based on insurance information available to us. We encourage clients to verify health insurance coverage, e.g., deductibles, copays, coinsurance, etc. prior to the first appointment!
Average Cost for Therapy Services *: $300 Initial/Intake Session; $250 Individual Therapy Session; $275 Family Session.
Sliding-Fee Scale for Therapy Services:. Based on gross household income and number of people/dependents in the household. For clients who have insurance the office does not accept or for clients who choose not to use insurance. Please call the office for additional information.
Self-Pay: For testing clients who have insurance Dr. Jackie does not accept or for clients that choose not to use insurance.
Please contact our office for fees/rates for specific evaluations (i.e. Parenting Capacity, Child Custody, Court-Ordered Services, etc.).
Payment Methods: Our office accepts Credit/Debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), cash, or check.
Late-cancellation fees: the late cancellation policy/fees are discretionary decision made by each individual contractual clinician, and do not reflect or represent the policy of other clinicians practicing in this clinic or the policy of the clinic as a whole in this specific area. Please discuss it with your chosen therapist regarding this specific matter.
