Hello! I look forward to meeting you.
I see adults experiencing difficult life transitions, major stressors, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, occupational stress, concerns about alcohol use, and problems with sleep. I have extensive experience working with military, first responders, and industrial workers. I have worked with clients dealing with frequent moves/family adjustments, intimate partner violence, and survivors of sexual abuse/assault, and workplace bullying/harassment.
I am a small-town QC-area native, who grew up roaming the town on my bike and loving dance and musical arts. I started working as a a Clinical Social Worker specializing in Community Mental Health in 2007 (licensed independently in 2009), on Active Duty in the Air Force. I retired in 2023 after 20 years of military service and joined Dr. Jiang’s group practice in 2024.
I am passionate about helping people explore and enhance those things most important to their best mental health. These things include identifying and clarifying purpose, nourishing those relationships that enhance social belonging, and navigating paths towards peace in their lives.
As with many veterans, I lived, worked and played in many different locations worldwide during my service. I believe this experience has provided me a wide lens of perspectives to draw from in my clinical work.
Outside of work, I like spending time outside with my kiddos and pups, reconnecting with dear friends and family, running the Bix, enjoying a good scoop of Whitey’s, and diving into a good book.
